Eligibility Criteria (As on 31.12.2025)
To get selected, you must strictly meet the experience and age limits.
1. Work Experience (Most Important)
- You must have Minimum 2 Years of experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
- Note: Current employees of SBI or its subsidiaries are NOT eligible.
2. Education Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline (Arts, Commerce, Science, etc.) from a recognized university.
- Medical, Engineering, CA, and ICWA graduates are also eligible.
3. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Birth Date Range: Born between 02.01.1996 and 01.01.2005.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC: +3 Years
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- PwBD: +10 to 15 Years
4. Local Language Rule
- You must know how to Read, Write, and Speak the local language of the Circle you are applying for (e.g., Gujarati for Ahmedabad, Kannada for Bangalore).
- Exemption: If you studied that language in 10th or 12th standard, you do not need to give a language test.
The salary package is excellent.
- Basic Pay: ₹ 48,480/- per month.
- Advance Increments: You get 2 advance increments immediately upon joining for your past experience.
- Gross Salary: Approx. ₹ 85,000+ per month (Including DA, HRA, CCA).
