Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Junior Assistant position, candidates must fulfill the following requirements as of April 1, 2026:
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree: Must be a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks from a recognized university.

Selection Process
The selection consists of two main stages:
- Online Objective Examination: A 120-minute test consisting of 200 questions across five sections: English, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness (Housing Finance focus), Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
- Interview: Only high-ranking candidates from the online exam merit list will be called for the interview.
