Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification (As of 01-08-2026):
- Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject; OR
- Master’s Degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject.
- AND A recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa OR two/three years of experience in translation work (depending on the post).
2. Age Limit (As of 01-08-2026):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- (Candidates must be born between 02-08-1996 and 01-08-2008).
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years).
Selection Process
The selection will be based on two stages of examination:
- Paper-I (Computer Based Examination): Objective Type (General Hindi & General English) – 200 Marks.
- Paper-II (Descriptive): Translation and Essay – 200 Marks.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for DV.
