Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)

Educational Qualification
- Grade B (General): Graduation with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Post-Graduation with 55% marks.
- Grade B (DEPR/DSIM): Master’s Degree in Economics/Econometrics/Statistics/Mathematics with 55% marks.
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Elec): * Diploma: Minimum 3-year Diploma with 65% marks + 2 years experience.
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 55% marks + 1 year experience.
Selection Process: The Road to Mint Street
The selection process is designed to test both your mental agility and professional expertise.
For Grade B Officers:
- Phase 1 (Objective): GA, Quant, Reasoning, and English (200 Marks).
- Phase 2 (Descriptive + Objective): ESI, Finance & Management, and English Writing (300 Marks).
- Interview: Personality test evaluating your suitability for central banking.
For Junior Engineers:
- Online Exam: Objective test covering General Aptitude and Engineering Discipline (300 Marks).
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Qualifying test in the local language of the recruitment zone.
- Document Verification & Medical.
