Vacancy Details

1. Educational Qualification
- For 10+2 / Intermediate Students:
- Must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Marks: Minimum 50% marks in aggregate AND 50% marks specifically in English.
- OR: Passed a 2-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English) with 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
- For Diploma / B.Sc Pharmacy Holders:
- Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English (50% aggregate & 50% English).
- AND possess a Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks.
- Mandatory: Valid registration with State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
2. Age Limit (As per Recruitment Categories)
- Category 1 (12th Pass Candidates):
- Marital Status: Unmarried Only.
- Date of Birth: Born between 02 January 2006 and 02 January 2010 (both inclusive).
- Category 2 (Pharmacy Diploma/Degree Holders):
- Unmarried Candidates: Born between 02 January 2003 and 02 January 2008.
- Married Candidates: Born between 02 January 2003 and 02 January 2006.
Medical & Physical Standards
To join the Air Force, you must be physically fit.
- Height: Minimum 152 cm.
- Chest: Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm.
- Hearing: Normal (Should hear a forced whisper from 6 meters).
- Vision: 6/36 each eye, correctable to 6/9 each eye.
- Dental: Minimum 14 dental points.

Selection Process

Phase I: Online Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 45 Minutes.

- RAGA (Reasoning & General Awareness): 30 Questions.
- Marking Scheme: +1 for correct answer, -0.25 for wrong answer.
Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Candidates who pass the online exam are called for the PFT.

- Under 21 Years: Complete in 7 Minutes.
- Above 21 Years (Pharmacy): Complete in 7 Minutes 30 Seconds.

As a Medical Assistant in the IAF, your duties will include:
